Lewis Frazer III, Principal, Caliber Consulting
I started out of college as an auditor at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. By the age of 27, I was leading Regal Cinemas, a Knoxville based public company, through an IPO serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
While at Regal Cinemas, I led the financial, accounting and IT functions of the world’s largest and fastest growing theatre circuit. My roles also included pursuing and negotiating mergers and acquisitions, establishing and maintaining relationships with both senior and investment bankers, and all aspects of public equity and debt offerings. I also led the company through the initial public offering and was responsible for all the financial aspects of a publicly traded company for six years until the company was sold to two leveraged buyout firms.
As a co-founder, President and CEO of Wintellect, a software consulting and education firm that provides both onsite and online developer training, consulting and debugging services throughout the world, I built the company from the ground up, developed relationships with Microsoft and grew the organization to over $10 million in annual sales.
Other business experiences include both residential subdivision and waterfront property development, a constuction demolition business in West Knoxville and rental properties on the Gulf Coast as well as in the Smoky Mountains.
Laurie Lenczynski
Marketing Consultant
Laurie first worked with Caliber Consulting in the role of overall brand development. This included marketing collateral, website development and logo development. She has since joined the Caliber team as its Marketing Consultant for any of Caliber’s clients that need her expertise. Along with owning her own photography business, her experience is varied with a concentration in the building industry with the big box stores. Whether the need is product development from concept through package design, consistent brand messaging or comprehensive promotional programs, Laurie’s expertise can help any client achieve the consistency necessary to grow their brand.
Laurie was a key player in propelling Jacuzzi to Vendor of the year for a major national retailer. Laurie managed production and national rollout of new product displays and developed all retail collateral and promotional materials. As a channel manager for Lasco Bathware, Laurie managed the entire renovation of national traveling showrooms as well as the production of original training videos targeted at larger retailers.
