Vendor Registry was founded with the simple purpose of making it easier to do business with your state and local governments and institutions by digitizing paper lists with a single web-based tool used by both buyers and suppliers. This win win solution generates new revenues for vendors and suppliers, saves time for everyone, and decreases pricing for government and institutional purchasing departments.
Our role at Caliber Consulting was to match Brian with a tech angel investor to build the Vendor Registry site in exchange for an equity stake. This enabled Brian and his other partners to launch his business with minimal personal investment. Ongoing services include continued advisory services as they seek out traditional venture capital investment.
Vuture is a business to consumer platform that enables companies to create personalized video messages that are then automatically delivered at the exact date and time you choose.
Our role at Caliber Consulting was to guide Michael through his business plan and help craft his investor pitch while serving as a mentor in the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center's 13 week accelerator program.
